The Shore Conference is making noise in the state hockey playoffs.  SSZ has a full night of playoff hockey.  In our US Army Hockey Game of the Week, Travis Yawger stepped up with a hat trick in Middletown South’s 8-1 win over Jackson Liberty.  SSZ also has highlights of Freehold Township’s season finale and all the scores and quarterfinal matchups in state playoff hockey

Gavin Gulash had a five point game in Middletown South’s 7-2 home win against RFH and Middletown North scored a 4-2 road win at Saint Rose.  SSZ has highlights of both Middletown wins from Friday Shore Conference hockey

Eagles ice win streak reaches eight

Middletown South traveled to Howell and delivered a big 9-2 win at Jackson Memorial in a battle of ten win teams.  Watch the highlights from Friday night

Eagles blank Brick to go 3-0 in holiday tourney

Middletown South had eight different goal scorers in a 10-0 win over Brick Township to close out the Middletown Holiday Tournament.  The Eagles were the only team in the six team field to go 3-0.  Watch highlights of a dominating effort on Friday afternoon

Mayor’s Cup goes to Middletown North in a thriller

Bloodgood delivers game saving stop for Eagles

Freshman goalie Adam Bloodgood made a save on a Rob Feathers penalty shot in the final minute to seal a Middletown South 6-4 victory over Ocean Township.  SSZ has highlights of a wild third period that featured six goals and two penalty shots!
